Arrow Rush — Delete Your Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Arrow Rush cloud account and the data associated with it. Deletion is free, immediate and available to everyone — whether or not you still have the Game installed.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open Arrow Rush.
- Tap Settings (gear icon on the main menu).
- Scroll to the Cloud save section.
- Tap Delete cloud account.
- Confirm with Delete forever. You may be asked to sign in with Google once more to verify it's you.
Your cloud save and account link are deleted immediately. Progress stored on your device is kept — uninstall the app or clear its data if you want that removed too.
Request deletion by email
Can't access the app?
Email jogibagames@gmail.com with the subject "Arrow Rush account deletion request" from the Google account email you used to sign in (this is how we verify the request). We confirm and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted, what is kept

| Account identity (Google email, display name, user ID held by Firebase Authentication) | Deleted immediately |
| Residual copies in encrypted backups | Purged within 180 days |
| Progress saved locally on your device | Kept — remove it by uninstalling the Game or clearing its app data |
| Subscription/purchase records | Managed by Google Play; retained as required by tax and accounting law. Manage subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. |
| Pseudonymous analytics and advertising data | Held by Google under its own retention policies; not linked to your deleted account |
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription — cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
